The maintenance department has expertise in hydraulic, electric, mechatronics, and mechanics to build that zone2 equipment as the only source in Thailand.

We specialize in designing, building, welding, improving, and maintaining material handling equipment to process metal, paper, and other materials for the oil and gas industry. We can handle almost any fabricating job, large or small, new or repaired, the whole thing or just pieces and parts.

One of our most essential divisions is our maintenance service which provides emergency repairs to any heavy equipment in-house or at your location.

Remotely Operated Vehicle

The Inspection Class ROV system incorporates an enhanced propulsion system allowing it to continue working in high current conditions when other systems have to return to surface, providing a customer benefit of reduced vessel time and costs.

Now fitted with sub-CAN control software the Inspection ROV features a small diameter tether and high output brushless DC thrusters operating on Sub-Atlantic’s ‘Dynamic Vector-ingTM system.

CONSOLE CONFIGURATION

The ROV-2500 includes the CON-1050. CON-1050, Contains 15″ 2000 nit LED monitor, 4 channel DVR for recording video with and without overlay. On screen data included. time, date, text as well as Heading (Graphic and digital), turns counter, depth in feet or meters, salt water or fresh. Diagnostics screen included also. All in a 4u weather resistant case.

LABORATORY

EEST currently has a lab set up in Sattahip, Chonburi Thailand. This lab is capable of conducting more than 700 cement slurry tests per year and is easily upgradable to be able to handle additional tests capacity.

Most primary cement jobs are performed by pumping the slurry down the casing and up the annulus; however, modified techniques can be used for special situations.
