Drill Pipe Service

The service can provide pipe cleaning services that remove rust, scale, cement and drilling fluids. This can be achieved by use of an OD/ID brushing unit or a water blasting unit. Once the pipe is cleaned then service specialist can apply a rust inhibitor-type coating both internal ID and external OD which has a shelf life more than 6 months.

About EEST TRS

Our TRS Services began operations in 2010, providing tubular running service, sub-assembly making up, pressure test services, and tubular handling tool rental to major oil firms in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Northeast Asia. In addition, we have all other equipment necessary to perform casing and tubular services, including Bucking unit both portable and fixed, manipulation equipment (slips, elevators, Etc.), Torque-Turn computer, pipe compensators and pneumatic grease pumps, Bolt and Nut management.

As part of our comprehensive casing and tubular services, EEST makes thread connections and runs piping, casing, production tubing and bottom hole assembly components into boreholes, using hydraulic tongs and torque management systems from the world’s leading manufacturers. With our hydraulic tongs, in sizes ranging from 2 3/8” to 13 3/8”, as well as experienced casing personnel, we are prepared to fulfil almost any requirement.

Our tongs are equipped with integral backup systems to ensure optimum connection quality. Apart from standard tongs, we use tools with improved grip for scratch-free connection of chromium parts in sizes from 2 3/8” to 13-3/8”. In addition, all our tongs are equipped with Martin Decker torque gauges and software tools for monitoring and controlling tubular connection power.
