EEST-500K SERIES MODULAR RIGLESS PULLING UNIT

EEST traditionally Rigless technology has been developed over ten years with multiple downhole tools for plug and abandonment of oil and gas wells. These technologies are known as Modular Rigless Pulling Unit.

Though Drilling Rig designs are different, the EEST Rigless unit proven modular technology behind them is the same, but the most significant difference is cost impact.

Modular Crane Pedestal System

- The lifting capacity (70 tonnes) allows the installation of modules and components outside the reach of the platform crane. Alternatively, offshore contractors used expensive crane vessels to install these modules.
- With such a lift, the first few meters are critical. The waves move the vessel up and down, a movement that is independent of the lifting configuration on the platform.
- The diesel-hydraulic power pack operates the winches, making the lifting configuration independent from the offshore platform utilities. The footprint of the lifting arrangement is flexible.
- The loads during the lifting operation can be introduced into the strong points of the platform by altering the base frame or directed to the master skid beam. The EEST engineers have standardised the footprint arrangement for quick mobilisation.
- With state of the art, EEST Energy designed an extension deck to install on top of the main modular crane beam, which provides usable areas for maximising platform space while working with the Rigless unit.

Supply Of Cement Retainer and Bridge Plugs

- To provide the client with single-source services, EEST supply the cement, chemicals, and lab facilities.

- Class "G" cement powder with Silica components products in advance strength capability.
- We supply K1 model Cement Retainer and Bridge Plug completed with mechanical setting tool (MST). These are available on both Slickline and Mechanical sets.

EEST Energy currently has a lab setup in Sattahip, Chonburi Thailand. This lab is capable of conducted more than 700 cement slurry tests per year, and is easily upgradable to be able to handle additional tests capacity.

Our Mechanical Tubing and Casing Cutters:

- Other methods of cutting the tubular have been researched; there are savings to be had in time. However, costs outweigh the time savings.
- The preferred method of cutting the casing is the mechanical casing cutter due to efficiency and costs.

Cold Cutting Equipment - Portable Guilotine pipe saw

Portable Guilotine pipe saw to cold cut pipe ranging from 2 inch - 32 inch. Their compact design and easy setup make it the ideal saw for pipeline operation, refineries, processing plant, well P&A, and anywhere a fast, safe cut, and hot cut does not allow. In use virtually everywhere, they're strong yet light weight, simple to mount and operate.

EEST four Guilotine models available, from smallest to largest, are the Super C, Model D, Super D, and Goliath. All set uo quickly with a positive chain mounting system that uses a machined cast iron "V" saddle for perfectly square cuts. Operation is easy with finger tip feed control, and all feature an orbital cutting motion that lifts the blade on the return stroke, dramatically extsnding blade life. They cut common pipe material in virtually a y position, horizontal, vertical, or anything between.

A casing Drilling unit for capable of drilling 2 lift pin holes in a single operation. Uses a swing gate mechanism flocking into the casing or pipe. Often used in conjunction with the Guillotine band saw to provide a comprehensive decommissioning solution when drilling and cutting pipelines, casing, conductor, caissons, and multiple grouted strings.

Relieve trapped pressure while online

This is a safe process of controllably drilling into pressure-containing equipment. EEST hot tapping enables a connection to anulus valves on wellheads, tubing, trees, or piping for controlled entry to relieve trapped pressure. EEST Hot Tap unit is capable of drilling larger holes with extended stroke. The examples of why this would be done

- Tapping stuck valves on a Xmas tree, drilling out the valves, relieve trapped pressure, and replace new valves.
- Tapping drill pipe or other tubulars have pressure trapped inside.
- Tapping production flowlines to change out a damaged section without the need to stop the flow.
- There are many and varied applications.

EEST PIPE LAYDOWN AND HANDLER is fully hydraulic and self-contained. Engineering made adjustable drop-down jacks stabilize the unit beside EEST Rigless Pulling Unit on-site locations. The pick-up and lay down of the tubular is achieved hydraulically eliminating the use of cables or handless.
